Davina and Daniel’s wedding at The Pavilion at Mixon Farms was nothing short of a picture perfect day. One month prior to every wedding I send an email to my couples stating the importance of being in the moment. The result of being in the moment on the wedding day truly make a dramatic difference in the final images. Davina and Daniel understood this assignment in every way. During every portion of their wedding day I could visually see them purely enjoying the moment. Because of this mindset the images that result are still some of my all time favorites as a wedding photographer.

Logistically Davina and Daniel’s wedding was a breeze to navigate, due to everything from preparation to reception all being in one location. In addition to everything being in one location, Davina Daniel and I met up for tacos prior to the wedding to craft the perfect timeline. One thing that truly makes The Pavilion at Mixon Farms an amazing wedding venue is the adjacent well decorated bridal suits. After capturing their wedding day preparation their first look took place in the garden. Daniel prepared a surprise gift for Davina. The highlight images from this wedding day was truly the sunset portrait session. We ventured in the orange groove as the sun was starting to touch the horizon resulting in breathe taking couples portraits. In my opinion this is truly where The Pavilion at Mixon Farms thrives.

Davina and Daniel quickly and easily became an all time favorite couple of mine. I have had the beauty of getting to know them over the years since their wedding. I am so excited to see where their future takes them as they enter into this new chapter.
